About the Role
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Red Hat, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical production systems and services. You will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure, implement monitoring and alerting solutions, and develop automation to reduce manual toil. The role involves collaborating with development teams to improve system architecture, conducting incident response and root cause analysis, and driving improvements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. You will also contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and establishing SLOs/SLIs to measure and improve service reliability across the platform.
