Senior Technical Support Engineer - RHEL

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), you will provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers troubleshooting complex issues related to the RHEL platform. You will diagnose and resolve problems across areas such as system performance, networking, storage, kernel, and security. You will work closely with engineering teams to escalate and track critical bugs, contribute to knowledge base articles, and help improve support processes. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, handling high-severity cases, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining excellent communication throughout the support lifecycle.
