Senior HR Service Delivery Representative (US Shift Hours)

As a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative working US shift hours, you will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and requests from employees and managers. You will be responsible for managing and resolving HR service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses in alignment with established SLAs. The role involves processing HR transactions such as employee data changes, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration within HR systems. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to escalate and resolve complex issues. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives, maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
