Credit Documentation Specialist - Associate

You will work closely with relationship managers, legal teams, and credit risk officers to ensure that all loan agreements, security documents, and related legal paperwork are accurately drafted and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The position involves tracking documentation timelines, coordinating with internal and external counsel, identifying documentation risks, and ensuring timely execution and closure of credit facilities. You will also support process improvements and maintain documentation records in line with audit and compliance standards.
