Associate-Process Improvement

As an Associate in Process Improvement at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will map existing workflows, conduct root cause analysis on process bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational risk. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across multiple business lines to gather requirements, document current-state and future-state processes, and implement improvement initiatives. You will leverage Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to design streamlined processes and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of changes. Additionally, you will prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
