Margin & Collateral Specialist New
As a Margin and Collateral Specialist, you will manage end-to-end margin call processes and collateral operations for various financial products including derivatives, securities lending, and repo transactions. Your responsibilities will include calculating and issuing margin calls, negotiating collateral terms with counterparties, and ensuring timely settlement of collateral movements. You will monitor exposure levels, resolve margin disputes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISDA/CSA agreements and UMR guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, risk management, legal, and operations teams to maintain accurate collateral positions and minimize credit risk. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the adoption of new collateral management systems and tools.
