Margin and Collateral Specialist

As a Margin and Collateral Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, you will manage daily margin call processes and collateral operations across multiple product lines including OTC derivatives, repo, and securities lending. Your responsibilities include calculating and issuing margin calls, negotiating with counterparties on collateral disputes, and ensuring timely settlement of collateral movements. You will monitor exposure levels, validate collateral eligibility, and ensure compliance with ISDA/CSA agreements and regulatory requirements such as UMR (Uncleared Margin Rules). The role requires close collaboration with trading desks, credit risk, legal, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and manage risk effectively. You will also contribute to process automation initiatives and help improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention in margin and collateral management.
