Workday FSCM- Manager

As a Workday FSCM Manager, you will serve as a Finance Functional Consultant responsible for planning and executing projects involving Workday Financial Supply Chain Management modules. You will handle resource allocation, stakeholder management, status reporting, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires managing large teams, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth among team members. You will drive practice-level initiatives focused on innovation and employee engagement while communicating effectively with leadership to execute on strategic goals. A minimum of 3 full Workday Financials implementations is expected, along with deep expertise in configuring and supporting Workday Finance across R2R, P2P, or C2C pillars. Candidates should hold Workday Financial Essentials, Workday Financial Practical, and at least one pillar certification. Experience with ERP financial management systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP is also required.
