This role involves serving as an SAP BASIS Administrator at the Assistant Manager level, supporting UK-based client engagements from the Pune office. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems across various landscapes. Key responsibilities include performing system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and applying support packs and patches.
You will monitor SAP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery for production environments. The role requires managing SAP user administration, security authorizations, and coordinating with functional teams during upgrades and migrations. You will also work with cloud-based SAP hosting environments and contribute to documentation and process improvements for SAP infrastructure operations.
