Analyst - Employee Vetting & Background checks

As an Analyst in Employee Vetting & Background Checks, you will be responsible for conducting verifications of credentials provided by clients for their candidates or vendors. You will be expected to meet business-specific KPIs related to productivity and quality targets consistently. The role involves maintaining trackers and master logs on a real-time basis and ensuring successful completion of client engagement deliverables within defined timelines and methodologies. You should be able to assimilate new knowledge quickly, especially with respect to process changes, and keep supervisors informed about progress and expected outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for cross-functional interaction. Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of IT systems including MS Office. The role may require working under pressure with stringent deadlines and extended working hours.
