Analyst - Employee Vetting & Background checks

As an Analyst in Employee Vetting & Background Checks, you will conduct verifications of stated credentials provided by clients for their candidates or vendors. You will work towards achieving business-specific KPIs covering productivity and quality targets. Maintaining real-time trackers and master logs is a key part of the role, along with ensuring timely and high-quality completion of client engagement deliverables following pre-defined methodologies. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt to process changes quickly and keep supervisors regularly informed about progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office tools is required, and you should be comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines that may require extended working hours.
