Gen AI - Consultant New
As a Gen AI Consultant, you will work on a variety of projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to software development activities across the full lifecycle including development, coding, and unit testing. You will collaborate closely with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, UX designers, and other engineers to develop new product offerings and enhance existing ones. The role requires a strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, and generative AI capabilities with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot (M365/Studio), Azure OpenAI/OpenAI models, and Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Virtual Agents). Proficiency in prompt engineering and building Gen AI conversation flows is essential, and familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts is a plus. You should be able to explain complex AI concepts in simple business language and engage effectively with stakeholders. Quick ramp-up on new technologies is expected as needed.
