Assistant Manager - Gen AI

This role involves working as a Gen AI Engineer within a collaborative, fast-paced development team. You will be responsible for full life cycle software development activities including coding, unit testing, and building Gen AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, UX designers, and other engineers to develop new product offerings and enhance existing ones. Key focus areas include working with large language models (LLMs), NLP, embeddings, and generative AI capabilities. You will leverage Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform tools, and apply prompt engineering techniques to build intelligent conversation flows. Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus. You must ensure all development practices comply with organizational best practices and be ready to ramp up quickly on new technologies as needed. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts in simple business terms are essential.
