Assistant Manager - Gen AI

This role is for a Gen AI Engineer responsible for software development activities within a collaborative team environment. You will participate in the full software development life cycle, including writing code, unit testing, and building generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and UX designers to create new products and improve existing offerings. The position focuses on leveraging large language models, NLP, embeddings, and Gen AI capabilities using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform. You will apply prompt engineering skills to design intelligent conversation flows and ensure all development aligns with best practices. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies is essential for this role.
