Assistant Manager - SAP-SF-Employee Central (EC) New
As an Assistant Manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module for various clients. You are expected to have completed multiple end-to-end implementations of SF EC (minimum 3-4 full lifecycle projects).
Your day-to-day work will involve configuring and managing MDF (Metadata Framework), foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows within the Employee Central module. You will serve as a client-facing consultant, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The role requires team handling capabilities, where you will guide and manage delivery teams. You should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and quality decision-making skills. A proactive and creative approach to incident resolution and critical thinking is expected.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication and user support management skills. SAP certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred. You should show agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and environments.
