Senior - SAP-SF-Compensation

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation consultant at KPMG, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module for a variety of clients across industries. Your role will involve gathering business requirements, designing compensation solutions, and executing end-to-end implementations. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their compensation structures and translate them into effective system configurations. The position requires strong expertise in compensation plan setup, eligibility rules, budgeting, statements, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules. You will also be expected to provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior team members.
