Executive - SAP-SF-Recruitment (RCM/RMK)

This role involves working as an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) Associate Consultant, responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing the SF Recruiting module for various clients. You will need a minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK module, including at least 1-2 full end-to-end implementations. Key responsibilities include configuring MDF objects, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows within the recruiting module. The position requires strong client-facing experience, where you will gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide ongoing support. Team handling experience is preferred, along with agility in learning new competencies and adapting to different project environments. A graduation or post-graduation in IT-related fields is expected, and SAP Certification is preferred.
