As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM/RMK) Consultant at the Assistant Manager level, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules for various clients across industries.
You will work on end-to-end recruitment module implementations, including configuring job requisition templates, candidate management workflows, offer management, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules. Client-facing interactions will be a key part of the role, requiring you to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
The role demands strong technical knowledge of SAP SF RCM/RMK, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and mentor junior team members. A BE/BTech qualification is required, and relevant SAP certifications are highly valued. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this consulting role.
