As a Senior Manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will lead the implementation, support, and management of the SF Employee Central module for diverse clients. You need a minimum of 12+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC, including at least 3-4 end-to-end implementations. Your responsibilities include driving the design, optimization, and daily operations of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM platform, managing the Employee Central module including role-based permissions and instance management. You will work extensively with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows. The role demands strong client-facing capabilities, team handling experience, and functional knowledge of HCM processes. You will provide leadership across project teams and ensure successful delivery of SAP SF EC solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and environments are essential.
