Business Analyst

This Business Analyst role sits within the Markets Post Trade change function and is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of business analysis across complex banking initiatives. You will identify and analyze business problems, gather and document requirements, and develop solution proposals while collaborating with stakeholders across geographies. The role involves creating business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting change management activities including traceability matrix development. A strong background in investment banking products, trade lifecycles across front and back office, and experience working on global applications are highly valued. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment, managing shifting requirements, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
