This senior sales management role is based in Pune and focuses on leading Terminal Automation System (TAS) and One Emerson solution sales across the Maharashtra region. You will be responsible for identifying and closing project opportunities with end users, EPCs, and strategic accounts, while acting as the subject matter expert for TAS offerings and articulating Emerson''s value proposition to decision-makers. Key responsibilities include setting and driving annual, quarterly, and monthly booking targets, preparing techno-commercial proposals and bids, and coordinating with multiple business units and legal/finance teams for approvals. You will also develop growth plans for both TAS and non-TAS projects, lead software upgrade and expansion initiatives, and design solution architectures based on P&IDs and customer requirements. Building long-term strategic customer relationships and executing initiatives in line with the organizational roadmap are central to this role.
