This order management role in Pune is responsible for reviewing and entering customer purchase orders into the ERP system with accuracy and timeliness, while ensuring compliance with trade regulations, taxation rules, and financial guidelines. You will coordinate with factories and suppliers to verify technical compliance and price alignment, generate and issue purchase orders, and manage customer change orders to support improved financial outcomes. Invoicing responsibilities include generating and submitting invoices in coordination with logistics and project management teams, aligned with revenue recognition guidelines. The role also involves preparing Letters of Credit and bank guarantees, maintaining strong EHS leadership practices, and contributing to a positive safety culture. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the role requires proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and a solid understanding of Incoterms and international logistics.
