Total Rewards Consultant

This one-year contract Total Rewards Consultant role in Mumbai is responsible for aligning India''s total rewards programs with Emerson''s global compensation and benefits philosophy. You will oversee the annual compensation review cycle including salary structure updates, merit reviews, and promotion planning, while identifying compensation trends in the local market to maintain competitive positioning. The role involves ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners on compensation planning decisions, and assisting in preparing and distributing communication materials for HR and employees. Experience in salary survey methodologies, flexible benefit structures, and working in a multi-country HR environment is required. Strong analytical and Excel skills, along with comfort with mail merge and Microsoft Office, are essential.
