Senior Engineer II Quality

This Senior Quality Engineer role in Pune focuses on planning and managing FAT schedules, reviewing project quality and engineering documents, and conducting internal testing of hydrocarbon metering systems including Metering Skids, Flow Computers, Sample Handling Systems, Control Panels, Transmitters, and Gauges. You will generate calibration and FAT reports, lead FAT sessions with customers demonstrating system functionality, communication, and cause & effect logic testing, and investigate equipment failures for Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions. The role also includes identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with quality standards in internal and external audits, and maintaining calibration of testing instruments and cylinders. Expertise in AGA-9, NEC, ISO 9001, IEC standards, and proficiency in reading P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings are required.
