Frictionless Operations Lead

This high-impact senior technical leadership role is responsible for defining and building the next generation of IT and Business Process operations through Agentic AI, Knowledge Graphs, and Advanced Observability. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise solutions — from R&D and PoC through pilot to global production scale — and architect systems that unify IT operations with business outcomes. The role involves leading design of autonomous agent workflows, LLM-integrated systems, and knowledge graph-based architectures, while also acting as a technical evangelist to support commercial pursuits and client presentations. You will drive ROI accountability for R&D efforts and transform bespoke client solutions into reusable, modular assets across the global delivery portfolio.
