Senior Data Scientist - IT Operations & Analytics

This senior data science role is focused on leading complex analytics initiatives across IT operations, ITSM platforms, and endpoint telemetry systems. You will build predictive models for incident forecasting and root cause analysis, design anomaly detection algorithms for performance and compliance monitoring, and analyze data from ServiceNow, Nexthink, Intune, and infrastructure monitoring tools. Responsibilities include developing dashboards for technical and executive stakeholders, collaborating with IT architects and automation teams to embed intelligence into operational workflows, and evaluating data quality and governance across IT data sources.
