Pega Senior Technical Specialist

This role involves leading and managing Pega development projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful implementation of Pega solutions that meet business requirements. You will design and develop Pega applications, provide technical guidance and expertise in Pega technologies to the development team, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. The position requires performing application testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance, as well as staying up to date on the latest Pega trends, tools, and best practices. You will also mentor junior team members and provide technical support as needed. A Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is preferred.
