Track Manager - Oracle Exadata, Oracle DB

This role provides expert-level operational management and technical leadership for Oracle Exadata and Oracle Database Administration within converged infrastructure environments. You will implement advanced operational strategies, optimize system performance, and minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Responsibilities include directing the support team to ensure service delivery meets stringent client SLAs, utilizing Oracle Enterprise Manager and related tools to oversee database health, and automating routine tasks. You will mentor team members in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex database and infrastructure issues. The position requires driving process improvements by evaluating emerging Oracle technologies and integrating automation solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust operational solutions, and managing backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies using Oracle RMAN and Data Guard. Oracle OCM/OCP and Exadata Implementation Specialist certifications are optional but highly valuable.
