Tower Lead - Nutanix AHV, VMware vCenter
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for ensuring effective management and resolution of escalations within Nutanix and VMware environments. You will generate tower-level revenue by optimizing and managing Nutanix and VMware vSphere & vCenter services while ensuring financial targets are met. The role requires ensuring all tasks, escalations, and crises are resolved according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining operational efficiency. You will oversee operational hygiene by validating reports and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work, utilizing Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure for effective monitoring. Fostering positive customer relationships by promoting satisfaction and developing new initiatives with Nutanix and VMware tools to enhance service delivery is a key expectation. You will also implement and oversee profit improvement plans by leveraging automation and self-driven initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
