Track Manager - VMware vSphere & vCenter, VMware vSAN

This role is accountable for overseeing operations and optimization of large-scale VMware vSphere and vCenter environments. You will lead end-to-end operations and continuous improvement of VMware vSphere and vSAN environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with client SLAs. Key responsibilities include utilizing VMware vCenter and vSAN administration tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues while driving root cause analysis and preventive actions. You will oversee implementation and optimization of VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager) for disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. The role involves deploying and managing ARIA Monitoring Tools to proactively monitor virtualization infrastructure and generate actionable insights. You will mentor and guide support teams on advanced VMware best practices, collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine operational processes, and evaluate emerging VMware technologies for process optimization and infrastructure scalability. Strong ITIL-based operations management experience is expected.
