Track Manager - VMWare NSX-T, Software Defined Networking (SDN)

This role involves overseeing operations management in large-scale data center virtualization and software-defined networking (SDN) environments. You will lead operations using VMWare NSX and SDN technologies to optimize data center virtualization, ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance. Responsibilities include implementing advanced monitoring and automation tools to proactively identify and resolve complex network and virtualization issues, as well as architecting change, incident, and problem management processes following ITIL best practices. You will mentor and guide support teams on VMWare NSX and SDN problem resolution, technical escalations, and adoption of emerging solutions. The role also requires driving process innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools, scripts, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. Client engagement is essential to translate technical requirements into actionable operations strategies with transparent communication. Maintaining robust documentation of operational procedures, incident resolutions, and architectural changes is also expected.
