Salesforce Apex Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Apex Technical Lead, you will lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions that align with business requirements. You will guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Apex solutions are delivered. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations is a core part of the role. You will conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues within Salesforce applications. Staying current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to drive innovative solutions is expected. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
