Senior Technical Lead
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will manage technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. You will lead a team of developers by enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing overall productivity. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive code reviews, establishing quality assurance processes, driving performance optimization, and implementing best practices and coding standards. You will ensure process compliance within assigned modules and participate in technical discussions and feasibility studies covering technical alternatives, architecture best practices, risk assessment, component breakdown, and estimations.
