Track Manager (Support & Operations)

This role focuses on operations management for complex and large projects with an emphasis on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and meeting client SLAs. You will be responsible for improving operational systems, processes, and policies to support better management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning. The position requires understanding client requirements and ensuring the support team meets client expectations consistently. You will lead and mentor the project team while maintaining transparent communication of project goals.
