As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead the delivery of technical solutions while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. You will analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancements, driving continuous improvement during both product implementation and production support phases. You will coordinate with technical teams on pending RICEFs and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. The role requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver seamless solutions. You will anchor team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination within the consultant team and with clients. Additionally, you will mentor and train junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team.
