Technical Lead
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing technology within projects and providing technical guidance and solutions for successful work completion. You will define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables. A significant part of the role involves developing and guiding team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase overall productivity. You will ensure process compliance in assigned modules and participate in technical discussions and reviews as a technical consultant, covering feasibility studies, technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, component breakdowns, and estimations. You will also prepare and submit status reports to minimize project exposure and risks and support closure of escalations.
