Program Manager (DFS)

As a Program Manager in Digital Financial Services, you will drive effective delivery of projects and programs in compliance with agreed norms, timelines, scope, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will track and ensure adherence to budgets allocated for all transition and transformation projects, including one-time projects with defined SOWs. You will prepare and implement Program Management Plans to deliver the right scope and deliverables within agreed contractual timelines, following the Global Project Management Framework. The role requires ensuring sign-off and billing of milestones as per revenue projections. You will drive large-scale programs covering multiple phases while effectively managing risks, issues, key stakeholders, and escalations.
