Track Manager - Wireless Networking

This role is responsible for expert-level operations management of complex, large-scale network environments with a primary focus on Cisco-based LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN solutions. You will lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence. Responsibilities include overseeing network operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance using Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms. You will architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions. The role involves mentoring and guiding support teams in troubleshooting, escalation management, and adoption of best practices. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable network operations strategies, and drive process innovation by evaluating emerging networking and SDWAN technologies. CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Wireless certification is required; CCIE is a plus.
