Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex and large-scale projects ensuring that schedules are adhered to as per client specifications and deliveries meet time and quality standards. You will shape the overall project strategy by working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while keeping track of schedules for on-time delivery. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementing best practices, and performing value creation and knowledge management activities. You will ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents. Working closely with development teams and on-site engineers, you will understand technical requirements and help address and resolve technical issues. Risk identification is a core responsibility — you will flag potential risks impacting timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans, and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
