Track Lead - Network LAN/WAN
As a Track Lead for Network LAN/WAN in Support & Operations, you will drive operational excellence by focusing on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and meeting client Service Level Agreements. You will enhance operational systems by utilizing LAN/WAN technologies to improve management reporting, streamline information flow, and optimize business processes. The role involves analyzing client requirements and overseeing the support team's performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive service improvements. You will lead and mentor the project team by fostering transparent communication and utilizing best practices in LAN/WAN support methodologies. Innovation is key — you will implement new ideas for process development in LAN/WAN environments. Hands-on expertise is required across Cisco Catalyst and Nexus series switches, Cisco Routers, Wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Aruba), WAN acceleration tools (Cisco WAAS/Riverbed), load balancers (F5 BigIP/Juniper/Cisco ACE), firewalls (Cisco ASA/Juniper SSL VPN), and network management tools (HPOV, NNM, SolarWinds, ORION). You must be comfortable working in a 24x7 environment and presenting solutions to CIO/CXO-level stakeholders.
