As a GoAnywhere Consultant, you will work with GoAnywhere MFT v5.7.3 or above to manage and support managed file transfer operations. You need a strong understanding of the technical setup of Engine (ENG), Gateways (GWY), and ICAP (ICP) servers and how they interact. Your responsibilities include understanding and configuring transfers including Triggers, Schedules, Monitors, and Custom transfers, as well as setting up new transfers while accounting for external third-party requirements. You will manage security aspects including Ciphers, PGP and SSH Keys, and handle system vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting failed transfers and working with the business to assess impact is a core part of the role. You will also provide support for DR/BCP activities, including reviewing and creating runbooks and participating in exercises.
