DEVOPS ENGINEER L3(CONTRACT)
As a DevOps Engineer L3, you will work closely with application teams and developers to streamline coordination between operations, development, and testing functions through automation. You will plan and execute CI/CD pipelines that support the full application lifecycle — from planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, to monitoring. Your responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure to support software code requirements, onboarding applications onto DevOps tools and configuring them per client needs, and creating user access workflows. You will collaborate with development staff on coding and scripting needed to connect software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure. Automating testing and deployment processes is a key focus area. You will also provide customer support on DevOps tools, resolve tickets within specified turnaround times, ensure customer satisfaction, follow escalation processes, and perform root cause analysis on critical or recurring issues.
