As a DevOps Engineer L3, you will facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing teams by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. You will be responsible for planning and executing DevOps pipelines across the full toolchain — covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring phases. Key duties include managing IT infrastructure aligned with software requirements, onboarding and configuring applications on DevOps tools per client specifications, and building user access workflows. You will collaborate with developers on scripting and coding to connect software releases with production infrastructure and leverage tools to automate testing and deployment. Additionally, you will provide DevOps tool support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within defined TAT, follow escalation processes when needed, and conduct root cause analysis for critical and repeatable issues.
