AUTOMATION ENGINEER L4(CONTRACT)

As an Automation Engineer L4, you will design, program, simulate, and test automation products or processes to achieve required efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze current technology architecture, system interdependencies, and application stacks, then formulate project plans in collaboration with project management. A significant part of the role involves contributing to the automation roadmap, researching automation architectures, and developing new solutions while improving and maintaining the automation framework for reuse across technology stacks and business verticals. You will ensure environments are ready for execution, design test plans, develop test cases and scenarios, and execute them for both functional and non-functional requirements. Tracking defects, implementing key metrics for test coverage, and designing automated testing tools are core responsibilities. You will work with Agile delivery teams to understand product vision and backlogs, develop robust test automation for functional, regression, and performance testing, and collaborate with development teams to improve continuous deployment practices. Close collaboration with business Subject Matter Experts to understand automation requirements and build applications using best practices is essential.
