ADMINISTRATOR L0(CONTRACT)
As an IT Administrator on a contract basis, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network infrastructure based on service requests raised by end users, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and client satisfaction.
You will act as a custodian of the client's network, servers, systems, storage, platforms, and other infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and upkeep. Your responsibilities include responding to tickets raised via phone, email, chat, or IMS in a timely manner and performing root cause analysis to create action plans for issue resolution. High priority tickets require immediate acceptance and resolution.
You will install and configure software and hardware based on service requests, provide application and user access as per client requirements, and maintain timely backups of important data and logs. Coordination with on-site teams for complex problem resolution is expected. You must ensure 100% adherence to SLA timelines with zero customer escalations, and review Chat BOT logs to ensure all service requests are addressed promptly.
