As a Techno Functional Consultant L1, you will bridge the gap between technology and business knowledge to deliver client solutions. You will drive end-to-end processes for new business implementations — from business requirement management through integration, configuration, and production deployment.

You will assess the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines. Your work involves supporting the solutioning team from architectural design and coding through testing and implementation on ERP systems. You will understand both functional and technical design, customize and extend existing products through coding and testing, and implement business processes by translating them into ERP solutions.

Additionally, you will provide ongoing product support and maintenance, resolve day-to-day queries and technical issues, and create automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency. The role requires you to sync technical and functional project requirements, advise clients and internal teams accordingly, and support on-site managers. Continuous skill development through certifications, trainings, and publishing articles and case studies is also expected.
