DATA ANALYST L4
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data and transforming it into actionable information through reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to support business decision-making. You will gather data from various sources including data warehouses, databases, and integration platforms to identify patterns and trends.
Key responsibilities include managing the technical scope of projects, developing record management processes and policies, and building strong relationships with clients to understand their data requirements. You will provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to the client base while identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through process automation.
You will design and conduct surveys, analyze complex data sets related to client business needs, and prepare reports for both internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. Creating dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and competitor benchmarking is a core part of the role.
Additionally, you will mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present findings to management. Developing predictive models and sharing insights with clients based on their specific requirements is expected. You will also set up and maintain automated data processes, and evaluate and implement tools for data validation and cleansing. Performance is measured on automation delivery, on-time delivery, CSAT scores, and data accuracy.
