LEAD ADMINISTRATOR L1

As a Lead Administrator, you will provide deep technical expertise in architecture planning and design for infrastructure towers (platform, database, middleware, backup) while managing day-to-day operations. You will lead the structural and architectural design of systems to ensure highly scalable and extensible solutions that meet diverse requirements.

Your responsibilities include conducting technology capacity planning by reviewing current and future needs, leveraging new features of underlying technologies for smooth functioning of databases and applications, and strategizing disaster recovery and backup/recovery plans. You will troubleshoot operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop fixes to prevent recurrence.

You will plan and manage upgrades, migrations, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration activities for your tower. Reviewing technical performance and deploying improvements for efficiency and fine-tuning is expected. You will create and maintain SOPs, data responsibility matrices, operations manuals, and daily test plans, while providing weekly status reports to client leadership and internal stakeholders.

The role also includes team management responsibilities such as forecasting talent requirements, hiring and training resources, building an internal talent pool, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will leverage automation and technology to develop Service Improvement Plans for higher operational efficiency.
