APPLICATION DEVELOPER

As an Application Developer at Wipro, you will be responsible for creating and engineering exceptional product architectural designs for both new and existing products. You will define product requirements by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the product vision and business objectives, and develop architectural designs that ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and compatible with various deployment options.

You will implement derived solutions, debug and solve critical problems during implementation, and evangelize the architecture to project and customer teams. Continuous improvement of design, cost optimization, and performance enhancement are core expectations. You will develop theme-based Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product feasibility and propose core technology strategies for product development.

The role involves conducting impact analyses of changes and new requirements, providing solutioning for RFPs from clients, and collaborating with sales, development, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture. You will provide technical leadership for design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology. Additionally, you will maintain the product roadmap, identify implementation risks, support the delivery team during deployment, and develop product validation and performance testing plans.

You are also expected to build competency through certifications, develop case studies and demos for new growth areas, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
