ADMINISTRATOR L3(CONTRACT)
As an Administrator L3 (Contract) at Wipro, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing client software, hardware, and network infrastructure based on service requests raised by end users, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and client satisfaction. You will ensure timely response to all tickets, provide quality-driven solutioning, and act as a custodian of the client's network, server, system, storage, platform, and infrastructure equipment.
Key responsibilities include performing root cause analysis of tickets raised, creating action plans for resolution, and providing immediate resolution for high-priority tickets. You will install and configure software and hardware based on service requests, maintain 100% adherence to timeliness based on issue priority, and manage client expectations with zero escalations. You will also provide application and user access as per client requirements.
The role requires tracking all tickets from acceptance through resolution, maintaining timely backups of important data and logs, coordinating with on-site teams for complex problem resolution, and reviewing Chat BOT logs to ensure all service requests are resolved in a timely manner. WebLogic App Server experience is mandatory, and 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
